Ticket Information

Where can I purchase tickets?

All tickets are available to purchase via Moshtix, buy tickets.

Early Bird Tickets will be available to purchase until 5pm Tuesday 9th August 2022, or unless sold out. Early Bird Tickets offer purchasers a ticket at a cheaper price for buying tickets early. Adult (18+ years) ticket holders will save $15. Youth (12 - 17 years) will save $10 per ticket. Children 12 and under are FREE (a ticket for each child will need to be booked). Early Bird ticket prices are as follows:

  • Early Bird Adult 18+ $90 + BF

  • Early Bird Teen (Ages 13-17) $25 + BF

  • Child (12 & Under) FREE

General sale tickets will be available online from 5pm Tuesday 9th August 2022. Tickets can be purchased here.

Online general sale ticket prices are as follows:

  • Adult 18+ $105 + BF

  • Teen (Ages 13-17) $35 + BF

  • Child (12 & Under) FREE

Tickets will be available to purchase at the gate on the day.

Gate ticket prices are as follows:

  • Adult 18+ $120

  • Teen (Ages 13-17) $40

  • Child (12 & Under) FREE

Can I bring the kids?

Absolutely! The Cleve Harvest Music Fest is for everyone!

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Yes, unless we sell out prior to event day. Attendance will be capped, so to ensure you don’t miss out, purchase your tickets online here.

How will I receive my tickets?

You will receive an email ticket (e-ticket) from Moshtix within minutes of your online purchase. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly when purchasing your tickets. Check your spam or junk email folders too.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can if you wish, or just present your e-ticket on your mobile device.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. For details of when a refund would be issued, see your ticketing Terms & Conditions.

What happens if the event is cancelled or relocated?

Should the event be re-located to a venue within the Cleve area, refunds will not be available.

Should the event be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, ticket holders will be refunded the amount of their tickets purchase via Moshtix.

Camping

Is there on-site camping?

Yes, on-site camping is available at the EP Field Days site.

How much does on-site camping cost?

Zilch! On-site camping is FREE for all festival ticket holders. Purchase your festival ticket here.

What days can I camp?

Festival ticket holders can enter the camping site from 12pm Friday 7th October. All campers must depart by 2pm Sunday 9th October.

Do I need to book my campsite?

No. Campsites are not allocated, it is first in best dressed. There is plenty of room for everyone.

Is there toilets in the camping area?

Yes, there is male, female and disability toilets within the camping area. Please note, there are no on-site showers.

Can I have a camp fire?

Yes, this year small comfort fires will be permitted, provided they are off the ground, you must use a firepit. Be aware it is nearing the fire season. Ensure fires are manned at all times and extinguished thoroughly.

Can we have alcohol in the campgrounds?

Yes. Please minimise glass bottles.

What else do I need to know about the on-site camping?

  • Please take your rubbish with you or place in the bins provided

  • BE COURTEOUS of other campers. Quiet time in the campgrounds will commence at 11pm, so please keep music and talk to hushed tones.

  • Recovery breakfast is available at the festival site on Sunday morning from 8am to 10am

 

Event Day Information

Do I need I.D.?

Yes. If you are 18+ and drinking, please bring your I.D. Security will check your I.D. as you enter the festival grounds.

Will I need cash or can I use EFTPOS?

Food and drink vendors have both cash and EFTPOS facilities.

Can we bring our own food and alcohol into the event?

No. There is no BYO permitted in the concert event area, this is a fully catered event with a fantastic range of food and beverage options available.

Can I bring bottled water?

Yes, provided the bottles of water are sealed.

Are there vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available?

Yes, our food vendors have a range of options available for you. This years food trucks are:

Can we bring chairs, tables, umbrella or marquee?

Yes, bring your camping chairs. There will be a limited amount of chairs and tables available within the festival site. Small personal umbrellas are fine, however, please ensure they do not block anyone view. Marquees are not permitted, to ensure uninterrupted views of the stage for everyone.

What time are the artists playing?

The artist schedule can be downloaded here, and can also be viewed on Facebook and Instagram.

Where can I park my car?

Car parking is available at the Cleve Field Days site. A site plan will be uploaded here closer to the date of the festival.

What time do gates open?

Gates open at 11.30am.

Is there a shuttle bus?

Yes. A FREE shuttle bus will run from 11am to 2.30pm from the Cleve town bus stop located outside the newsagency (21 Main Street, Cleve) to the festival site every 15-minutes, and return from 7.30pm to 10pm from the festival site to the Cleve, every 15 minutes.

Can I bring my dog?

No, except for special needs dogs. Please do not turn up with your furry best mate, as we will have to refuse you entry.
